End User License Agreement

This EULA explains the limited license to install and use the Kaptin app, plus rules for acceptable use, updates, ownership, and termination.

License

  • Kaptin grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control.
  • This license is only for personal, lawful use of Kaptin as a football match discovery and team coordination app.
  • No ownership rights are transferred to you.

License restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the app.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass protections, probe private systems, or attempt unauthorized access except where law expressly allows.
  • You may not use the app to build a competing service, scrape data, overload systems, abuse other users, or violate law.

App stores

  • If you downloaded Kaptin from an app store, your use may also be subject to that app store provider's rules and terms.
  • The app store provider is not responsible for support, maintenance, claims, product warranties, or legal compliance for Kaptin unless required by law.
  • If app store terms conflict with this EULA, the stricter rule may apply where allowed by law.

Updates and availability

  • Kaptin may provide updates, fixes, or changes. Some updates may be required for continued use.
  • Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
  • Kaptin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

User content and account data

  • You remain responsible for content and information you submit through the app.
  • Kaptin may process account, match, team, venue, verification, and support information as explained in the Privacy Policy.
  • Kaptin may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce this EULA.

Ownership

  • The app, website, design, software, text, branding, and related materials are owned by Kaptin or its licensors.
  • All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve Kaptin without obligation to you.

No warranty

  • The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kaptin disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether the app is suitable for your use.

Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kaptin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • Kaptin is not liable for injuries, venue issues, user conduct, cancellations, lost data, lost profits, or service interruption.
  • Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those places, the limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

Termination

  • This license continues until terminated.
  • You may terminate it by deleting the app and stopping use.
  • Kaptin may terminate or restrict this license if you violate this EULA, violate law, create risk, or harm users or the service.
  • After termination, you must stop using the app.
