Account deletion
Delete from the app or by request.
Signed-in users can delete their account from Account Settings. If app access is unavailable, email support with the subject “Kaptin account deletion request”.
Account deletion request by email
Submit a deletion request.
Use this if you cannot access the app. Send the account email, and a phone number if the account has one, so support can find the account and process the request.
This opens your mail app with the subject already filled in. If nothing opens, email the address above with the subject “Kaptin account deletion request”.
