Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Kaptin, including accounts, match listings, team participation, acceptable use, and support.

Agreement

By accessing or using Kaptin, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Kaptin Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Kaptin may update these terms when the app, legal requirements, or business needs change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

You must be old enough under your local law to use online services or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account.
You may not use Kaptin if you are legally barred from using the service.

Some features may require an account, email address, phone number, verification step, or other profile information.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Kaptin may suspend or remove access if account activity appears unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to other users or the service.

Kaptin helps users discover and coordinate football matches, venue details, availability, organizer notes, and team participation.
Listings, schedules, availability, and venue information may change. Users should confirm important details before traveling or participating.
Kaptin does not guarantee that any match, venue, organizer, team, player, or listing will be available, accurate, safe, or suitable.

You are responsible for information, listings, notes, messages, team details, or other content you submit.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, spam, or harmful.
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent a team or organizer, interfere with the service, scrape the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Kaptin may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain the service.

Football and in-person activities involve risk. Users are responsible for their own safety, health, equipment, transportation, and decisions to participate.
Kaptin is not responsible for injuries, disputes, venue conditions, cancellations, conduct of users, or events outside Kaptin control.
Use common sense before meeting people, joining matches, or visiting venues.

If paid features, venue bookings, or third-party services are added, extra terms may apply.
Third-party services, websites, venues, organizers, or payment providers are responsible for their own products, services, policies, and actions.
Kaptin is not responsible for third-party content or services outside Kaptin control.

Kaptin and its logos, design, text, software, and branding are owned by Kaptin or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use Kaptin for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, rent, or exploit Kaptin except as allowed by law or written permission.

Kaptin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Kaptin does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect accuracy, or that all content will be current.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kaptin disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kaptin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Kaptin is not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or real-world harms arising from match participation, venue use, user conduct, or service interruptions.
Some laws do not allow certain limits. In those places, the limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

You may stop using Kaptin at any time.
Kaptin may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, break the law, or harm the service or other users.
Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
